== 1. Shared Resources ==
All tools and materials used for VONet installations are considered shared, community-owned resources. They are maintained collectively and made available for network-building and support activities only.

* Safety equipment (gloves, goggles, helmets)
* Ladders, harnesses, and mounting gear
* Routers, antennas, cable, and connectors

== 2. Usage Rules ==
* Tools may only be used by trained volunteers or staff who have completed a safety briefing.
* Tools must be used only for VONet-related work unless otherwise approved.
* Equipment should be returned in clean, working condition after each use.
* Volunteers must report damaged or missing tools immediately.

== 3. Personal Tools ==
Volunteers may bring personal tools, but:
* VONet is not responsible for lost or damaged personal equipment.
* Tools must meet safety standards and be approved by a site coordinator.
* Power tools may not be shared between volunteers unless approved.

== 4. Storage and Checkout ==
* Tools will be stored in a designated, secured location.
* A simple checkout log will be maintained to track who has what and when it’s due back.

* Unsafe behavior is grounds for immediate removal from the project site.
